MOZZARELLA VEGGIE WEDGES
Using Lacey Siomos’ recipe, http://avocadosandales.com/2015/08/24/aquafaba-cheese/ for mozzarella cheese, I made purple bell pepper wedges. I simply followed her recipe on the link above, poured the warm cheese into a hollowed out bell pepper and let it firm up in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing the recipe, Lacey Siomos! They’re a hit! These definitely tasted like cheese, though slightly more mild than mozzarella.
